Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in the Australian state of Victoria, is an actress and model. Her first role was as Pepper Steiger in Australia. Her role in the 100-episodes of the soap opera Neighbors broadcasted between 2006 and 2007 helped make her famous in Australia. Two projects brought her to Hollywood The first was the choral show Hollywood & Wine in which she starred as an undiscovered Hollywood actor. Then by landing a recurring part in the 9th season of Scrubs that of Maya the very hot medical student. As a result, the whole series abruptly ended. The actress continues the filming of a comedy starring The Farrelly Brothers Good to shoot, starring Jason Sudeikis's Owen Wilson then appearances in short series and B-Series films. In 2013, she landed her first role that was more publicized including six episodes of the detective series Franklin and Bash and her first ever permanent part in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. She plays in the first two seasons of the series also giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. The following year she appeared in the supporting parts in two films that feature airplane scenes: Aircraft 7500, One Way Back on the SyFy Channel, along with a team of TV actors, as well as Le Chaos (an action film with Nicolas Cage). She is a flight attendant. She also appears on the poster for a new television series entitled Matador featuring Gabriel Luna. The 13 episode season is all that exists of the Robert Rodriguez-produced drama where the actors play CIA agents. Her pilot for a new series, however, doesn't work out. The poster of Borrowed Moments, a B series romance, was released by Brian Krause in 2015. Her next role was as Kadi Cuoco Josh Gad Kevin Hart and Kadi Harr for the Comedy Witness for Rent. The speculative Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also distributed widely. The actress is also in five episodes of Satisfaction.
